Description
Our client, a prominent law firm based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of experience in general complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should have prior involvement in complex commercial, construction, franchise, and securities litigation. Adequate trial experience in both federal and state court, as well as arbitration is required. Superior writing and analytical skills, along with proficiency in using eDiscovery review programs, are essential. Candidates must have outstanding academic and employment credentials and should be self-starters who take initiative, think creatively, and are ready to make decisions on their cases.
