COMMERCIAL DISPUTES ASSOCIATE (0050)
Description
To join their Dallas office, our client is looking for a mid level commercial disputes associate. The ideal applicant will have three to five years of expertise handling commercial litigation cases in Texas state and federal courts. Candidates should have knowledge of organizing, conducting, and managing the discovery process, including e-discovery, as well as independently conducting research and drafting substantive pleadings and motions. Candidates need to be admitted to or qualified for the Texas Bar and have a J.D. from an authorized law school. Though not necessary, clerkship or journal experience is preferred. Candidates will collaborate closely with seasoned attorneys who will actively mentor them and give them chances to take on more responsibility and client engagement.
