Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel associate to join their Commercial Disputes practice in a dynamic Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in litigation, with a strong ability to manage cases independently from inception to resolution, preferably with experience in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities include managing complex litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, developing case strategies, conducting depositions and discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and effectively communicating with clients. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, be admitted to the state bar, and possess strong litigation skills and excellent communication abilities.
