COMMERCIAL FINANCE ASSOCIATE (0773)
Description
Our client is seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and closing commercial lending transactions. The ideal candidate should have a firm understanding of issues involved in Article 9 secured transactions and meaningful experience in drafting and negotiating inter-creditor agreements. Experience with tax-advantaged financing, various tax credits, real estate, and/or mergers and acquisitions is preferred but not required. The role involves an active and diverse commercial finance practice with a focus on tax-credit subsidized equity and debt financings. The successful candidate will be an outgoing self-starter who can quickly take an active role in the documentation, management, and closing of these transactions and will be expected to work closely with all transaction parties, including banks and other financial institutions, private equity firms, state and local governments, and their respective counsel.
