Description
Our client, an AM law 100 ranked law firm, is looking for a 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation, with an emphasis on internal investigations and civil litigation. They specialize in representing their clientele at all levels of domestic and foreign litigation, in front of trial, appellate, regulatory, and alternative dispute resolution bodies worldwide. The candidate will create a litigation strategy for a variety of cases, including sophisticated business litigation, business tort litigation, internal corporate investigations, corporate governance issues, arbitration-related litigation, and arbitration enforcement litigation. Advise clients in all sorts of litigation across a wide range of industries, including multinational corporations, public and private companies, funds, firms, partnerships, and individuals. Draft briefs, memos, correspondence, examination summaries, and other documents, and play a role in the discovery/depositions, trial preparation, and trial.
