Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Commercial Litigation practice in Washington D.C. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive skills in researching complex legal issues, drafting legal memoranda and motions, appearing and arguing before the court, drafting and responding to written discovery, and taking and defending depositions. Experience with arbitration, franchise law, trade secrets, unfair competition, and other business torts is a plus. The successful candidate will have a strong academic record, paired with the skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to grow their practice.
