Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate with 6-8 years of experience to join their Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in researching complex legal issues, drafting legal memoranda and motions, appearing and arguing before the court, drafting and responding to written discovery, and taking and defending depositions in business and commercial litigation matters. Additionally, applicants should have experience leading multiple matters, including day-to-day client and matter management. The successful candidate must have a strong academic record, paired with the skills, enthusiasm, and commitment necessary to become a partner.
