COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1018)
Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm with a diverse team of over 13,000 people, is seeking an associate attorney with three to five years' experience to join their Litigation & Government Enforcement Practice Group in either Dallas or Houston. The role involves supporting commercial litigation practice, including insurance coverage, complex business disputes, class action defense, and mass torts. The ideal candidate will have deposition and courtroom experience, strong academic credentials, excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, and experience in case management, drafting pleadings and discovery, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Prior client-facing experience and the ability to manage client relationships with partners is preferred. Large law firm experience in a litigation practice and a former clerkship with a federal district judge or circuit court is strongly preferred.
