Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm established in 1978, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney for their San Diego office. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in California, and possess 4-6+ years of experience in commercial litigation, including areas such as breach of contract, D&O, and trade secret litigation. The role involves independently managing a litigation caseload from start to finish, making regular court appearances, taking depositions, and handling complex legal arguments and discovery disputes with minimal supervision. Experience in corporate governance and legal project management will be considered a plus.
