COMMERCIAL LITIGATION/INSURANCE ASSOCIATE (0805)
Description
Our client is seeking a 3rd-5th year level associate to join their Litigation practice group based in New York. The ideal candidate should have experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation, with insurance recovery experience being a plus. The candidate should be proficient with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery. The candidate must possess a strong academic background, exceptional research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently and interface with clients. A bachelor’s degree, a JD from an ABA-accredited US law school, and admission in good standing as a member of the New York State Bar are required. Experience with an AmLaw 100 firm is a plus.
