COMMERCIAL LITIGATION/STATE COURT ASSOCIATE (0806)
Description
Our client is looking to hire a 3rd-5th year level associate to join their Litigation practice group based in New York. The ideal candidate should have experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation, with state court experience being a plus. The candidate should be proficient with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery. A strong academic background, exceptional research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently and interface with clients are essential. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree, a JD from an ABA-accredited US law school, and be admitted and in good standing as a member of the New York State Bar. Experience with an AmLaw 100 firm is a plus. Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
