Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel Complex Commercial Contracts associate to join their Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts, including manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, services agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs, development and collaboration agreements, and reseller agreements. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who provide active mentoring and opportunities for increased responsibility and client contact. The role requires self-starters with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality client service.
