Description
Our client's well regarded construction practice department is looking for an associate for their New York office. In both contract negotiations and dispute resolution, the Chambers-ranked practice represents real estate developers, including for some of the biggest projects in the country. The most suitable applicants will have two to five years of relevant experience in either real estate or construction. Candidates with prior complicated commercial litigation expertise will also be taken into consideration, while prior transactional experience is preferable. Candidates must also possess solid academic credentials and superb verbal and writing communication abilities. Candidates must be in good standing and admitted to the New York State bar.
