Description
For their Atlanta office's construction practice, our client, a national firm, is looking to add a junior to mid level associate. The ideal applicant has experience in contract drafting and negotiation, assessing and advising on risks in a construction setting, and litigating and/or defending construction claims. As long as the applicant is interested in practicing law in the construction business, attorneys with experience in insurance, commercial, products liability, and/or general litigation will also be taken into consideration. Judicial clerkship experience is a bonus.
