Description
Our client, a renowned Consumer Financial Services practice group, is seeking a Washington state barred Attorney with 3 to 5 years of state and federal court litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail bank litigation, auto finance litigation, credit card litigation, and mortgage litigation. Superior research, writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills are required. Clerkship experience is preferred. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Washington state bar and admitted and actively barred in the state in which they live. Admissions to other bars are a plus. The role offers an excellent opportunity to resolve litigation, provide regulatory guidance, and assist with investigations and actions initiated by government agencies in a top-ranked, national team. The position is open to candidates working from a West Coast office or remotely from Washington state.
