Our client, a top-tier Am Law 50 law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience to join their Downtown Los Angeles office. The role focuses on M&A transactions across various industries, including aerospace, defense, consumer products, electronics, entertainment, financial services, food and beverage, manufacturing, retail, and technology. The successful candidate will be involved in high-profile projects, working directly with clients and leading deal teams from inception to closure. This partnership-track position requires a candidate who has demonstrated significant experience in M&A at a nationally recognized law firm, possesses excellent drafting skills, and can effectively manage and take ownership of complex transactions.
