Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a dynamic associate to join their corporate practice in San Francisco, one of the fastest-growing offices in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a business-oriented mindset, with at least 2 years of transactional experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and venture capital. Experience in private equity transactions is preferred. The role requires a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school and admission or eligibility for admission in California. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings are essential. The firm values in-office collaboration, with an expectation to work from the office approximately 60% of the time.
