Our client is seeking a highly skilled associate with over 3 years of private equity transactional experience to join their corporate M&A practice in New York or Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and private equity funds, with the ability to deliver efficient legal services independently and collaboratively. This role requires a commitment to high-quality client service and professional development, aligning with an on-track partnership position. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, critical reasoning skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively. A JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school and admission or eligibility for admission in New York or Massachusetts are required.
