Our client is seeking an experienced legal professional to join their New York office as an Associate, Counsel, or Staff Attorney within the Broker-Dealer Regulatory & Compliance practice. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in broker-dealer regulatory and compliance matters, including federal and state securities laws, self-regulatory organization rules, financial responsibility rules, registration and transactional matters, examinations, investigations, enforcement actions, FINRA advertising issues, trade reporting, and digital assets. Superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills are essential. Candidates should specify if they are applying for a staff attorney or counsel-level position.
