Description
The Corporate & Finance Group of an American multinational firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join the Investment Management sub-group in New York. Candidates must meet the following requirements in order to be considered: at least one year of experience in investment management transactional work, including experience creating private funds, and they must be somewhat knowledgeable about the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940. It's a plus if you have experience representing wealth counsel companies and institutional investors.
