Description
Our client is seeking a highly experienced attorney with substantial expertise in lender and/or borrower-side financings, including senior secured credit facilities, split lien financings, unitranche financings, and acquisition financings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, reviewing, and revising credit agreements, debt commitment letters, security agreements, and closing deliverables. Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is advantageous. Candidates must possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, and be admitted to the New York bar. The role requires significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction, and work product.
