Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a mid-to-senior healthcare attorney to join their nationally acclaimed healthcare team. This role can be based in either Washington, D.C. or Century City. As a key member of the healthcare group, you will collaborate with a team of attorneys to provide clients with essential guidance on achieving their goals. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, asset and equity acquisition transactions, venture capital and private equity investments, and joint venture transactions. Additionally, you will assist clients with corporate and organizational workflow, including formations, capital raises, operational strategy, and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in health plan operations.
