Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join their award-winning Life Sciences team. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic practice focusing on corporate transactions for high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies globally. The role involves working with venture-backed private and public companies on transactions including equity financing, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance. Candidates should have 2–5 years’ experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on public company representation, including experience in public company work and registered equity offerings. Experience with life sciences companies is preferred, but candidates with an interest in life sciences work will also be considered. The ideal candidate should have experience working in teams, managing substantial components of transactions independently, outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
