Our client, a leading law firm renowned for its expertise in technology and life sciences, is seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for their offices in the Bay Area, Seattle, Santa Monica, or New York. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of M&A experience at a top corporate firm, be an active Bar member in the relevant jurisdiction, and possess superior academic credentials along with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
