Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level associate attorney to join their Tax group in New York, Washington, DC, or Houston. The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school, demonstrate high academic achievement, and have experience in transactional tax. A strong interest in the subject area, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Candidates should be admitted to or have the ability to waive into the New York, DC, or Texas Bar, with prior experience in a peer law firm preferred. The role is open to candidates from the class years 2020-2023. Applicants must submit a resume and law school transcript(s).
