Description
Our client is seeking midlevel M&A associates or counsel to join their Corporate practice group in Dallas. The ideal candidates will have experience representing private equity sponsors or private and public companies in M&A transactions, with skills in drafting and negotiating transactional documents, coordinating with specialists, and leading signing and closing processes. Experience in managing deal execution and supervising junior associates is essential. Candidates must embody core values such as being future-focused, dedicated to excellence, service-oriented, diversity-minded, and collaborative. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required. The M&A team is renowned for handling sophisticated mergers, acquisitions, and business combinations for a diverse clientele, including public and private companies, private equity, hedge and sovereign wealth funds, boards of directors, shareholders, and individual investors.
