CORPORATE M&A PRIVATE EQUITY ASSOCIATE (2356)
Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified and motivated mid-level associate to join their Corporate M&A or Private Equity M&A practice in either Nashville or Dallas. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of business and transactional experience, including M&A, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and other complex transactions. Responsibilities include conducting and managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documents, and overseeing the M&A process. Candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience, and excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills. Familiarity with M&A supporting technologies like Kira and a strong interest in developing M&A practice capabilities are essential. The role offers the opportunity to work directly with shareholders and clients, contributing to the growth and support of a national practice. JD required.
