Description
Our client is seeking an attorney to join their Corporate group and Nonprofit Organizations team in one of the following locations: New York City, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Indianapolis, Minneapolis, or Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of legal experience in private practice advising nonprofit organizations on tax, corporate, and charitable trust issues unique to tax-exempt and nonprofit entities. Candidates with experience in political law, corporate or tax law, including corporate and partnership tax, employee benefits, or trusts and estates, are also encouraged to apply. The role involves working with a diverse range of nonprofit clients, including charitable foundations, healthcare providers, cultural and arts organizations, educational institutions, and more. Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent academic credentials are essential.
