Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level (3rd-6th year) Derivatives Associate to join their active and established Derivatives team. This team is recognized for representing a broad range of market participants across various derivatives products and asset classes, including U.S. and global financial institutions, hedge and private equity funds, private clients, asset managers, corporations, multinationals, and investors. They also have the unique experience required to represent market infrastructure providers and leading clearing organizations. The ideal candidate will have solid Big Law Derivatives experience, excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and eligibility to practice law as a member of the New York bar. Experience with Prime Brokerage, ISDA negotiation, and digital assets is a plus. The role is based in New York.
