DIGITAL HEALTH ASSOCIATE (1164)

Our client is seeking an associate with 3-7 years of experience in healthcare law, particularly focusing on regulatory compliance, to join their digital health team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to represent healthcare technology pioneers and work with a team that currently represents over 400 digital health companies. This role involves working exclusively in digital health, representing startups and founder-led companies across all stages, from pre-formation to capital markets. The ideal candidate will have experience advising on various aspects of healthcare law, including the corporate practice of medicine, state law considerations for multi-state digital health practices, payor reimbursement, value-based care, and fraud and abuse advising. Experience with FDA is preferred but not required. The candidate should have a strong interest in the use of technology in healthcare, including artificial intelligence, healthcare IT, telehealth/telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, wearables, and health apps. Superior organizational and project management skills, a meticulous eye for detail, a commitment to client service, and good business judgment are required. The candidate should be open to periodic travel to client events and healthcare conferences. The role can be based in Seattle, Washington DC, Boston, San Francisco, Palo Alto, or San Diego, with other locations or virtual from Chicago considered for exceptional candidates.
