Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Tax practice group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits and executive compensation, with experience in Title I of ERISA and M&A transactions being beneficial. The role involves working on a broad range of matters within the employee benefits field, providing advice to a range of Fortune 500 clients and industry-leading companies. The successful candidate will have extensive client interaction and will be expected to contribute to the firm's culture and reputation for excellence.
