Our client, a global Employment and Labor Group, is seeking a mid-level Employment and Labor Associate Attorney to join their team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in areas such as OFCCP compliance and audit defense, conducting pay equity studies, litigating employment claims, drafting standard employment agreements, advising on day-to-day employment law compliance and HR issues, handling workplace investigations, and managing employment dimensions of corporate transactions. The candidate must possess outstanding research, writing, and analytical skills, sound legal and business knowledge, strong case management skills, excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and an action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility.
