Our client is seeking a mid-level Employment Labor Group (ELG) Associate Attorney to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in employment law compliance advice and counseling, litigation, preparation and negotiation of employment agreements, conducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating employment-related aspects of purchase and merger agreements in corporate M&A transactions. Outstanding research and analytical skills, strong writing skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic are essential. The candidate should be comfortable dealing directly with clients, effectively balancing multiple projects, and taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.
