Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join their Capital Markets Group in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in public and private equity and debt offerings, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and business combination transactions. Familiarity with SEC regulations and ongoing reporting requirements under the ’34 Act is essential. Experience representing both issuers and underwriters, as well as counseling public companies on corporate governance, is highly valued. Strong academic credentials, client management, drafting, and negotiation skills are required, along with admission to the New York bar.
