Description
Our client, a respected law firm based in Louisville, is seeking an employment litigation associate with over 4 years of experience. The successful candidate will handle cases independently from start to finish, including drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Familiarity with OSHA regulations is considered an advantage. Applicants must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. The role requires a self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team. Admission to practice in Kentucky is required, and Indiana admission is a plus.
