Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking a qualified candidate with 2 years of experience exclusively in management-side employment law litigation and counseling to join their Employment & Trade Secret Litigation team. The role involves working on a variety of cases, including high-stakes litigation, internal investigations, and advising on spin-out mergers. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment litigation, providing advice on various aspects of employment law, and advising on employment-related matters in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. The candidate must be a member of the New York Bar and will be based in the New York office. Excellent academic credentials and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
