Description
Our client, a market-leading Energy & Climate Solutions Practice group, is seeking a renewable energy project finance associate for their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of substantial transactional experience at a major law firm, focusing on project finance, structured asset-based finance, and non-recourse lending transactions. Experience in representing sponsors, developers, borrowers, lenders, or investors in secured lending, tax equity, and other LLC financings and joint ventures is required. While experience in clean energy and climate infrastructure finance is preferred, candidates with experience in adjacent project financing areas and an interest in financing clean energy projects are also welcome. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, assume high levels of responsibility, and gain a wide range of project finance and development experience. Strong drafting and negotiating skills, superior academic credentials, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
