Description
Our client is seeking a mid-senior level associate to join their dynamic Corporate practice in either Minneapolis or Chicago, serving Fortune 500 global companies. The ideal candidate will possess 4-7 years of substantive corporate transactional experience, particularly in complex cross-border transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and global corporate restructurings. Candidates should demonstrate excellent research, drafting, and writing skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A Juris Doctor degree from a nationally ranked law school and membership in the State Bar of Minnesota or Illinois are required. Preferred candidates will have experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and managing complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
