Description
Our client is seeking a Project Finance Associate to join their esteemed Energy & Infrastructure practice. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5+ years of experience in energy and/or infrastructure-focused project finance work, with significant experience in complex project finance transactions and other energy-related leveraged financing transactions. Experience with multiple creditors and capital providers is highly valued. The role requires a broad range of project financing solutions knowledge, including commercial bank facilities, bridge and term loan Bs, taxable and tax-exempt U.S. private placements, and 144A bonds. Construction financing, holdco financing, and refinancing experience, and experience negotiating and documenting intercreditor terms are additional strengths sought. The candidate should be highly motivated, possess excellent academic credentials, superior communication skills, and be a member of the New York State Bar.
