Description
Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a transactional associate with 3+ years of experience to join their Energy, Transportation & Infrastructure practice. The role is open to candidates across multiple locations and involves representing various market participants in renewable and energy transition finance and M&A transactions. The ideal candidate should have experience in project finance and tax equity transactions in the U.S. renewables and power sector and/or energy project development experience, including negotiation of material project agreements. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage complex transactions, and comfort with client interaction are essential. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in California and have prior law firm experience.
