Our client is seeking a Junior Associate to join their esteemed Renewable Energy Project Finance group in New York. This role offers the opportunity to engage in renewable energy projects, focusing on wind, solar power, and storage, and involves complex transactions such as construction financing and term loan finance. Candidates with general corporate experience will be responsible for drafting exhibits and financial documents, and will gain exposure to project documents and due diligence related to construction and operation. The team represents major lenders in renewable energy financings across the U.S. and has been recognized for its outstanding transactions by industry organizations.
