Description

Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking highly qualified attorneys with 2-3 years of experience in Energy & Infrastructure transactions to join their offices in Houston, New York, or Washington D.C. The firm's energy attorneys are involved with some of the most significant stakeholders in both the US and international energy markets, handling complex matters throughout the project lifecycle, including major financing structures aligned with sustainability and green loan principles. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in financing and/or private M&A transactions. Preference will be given to those with experience in project and energy financing or energy and infrastructure-related M&A transactions, as well as tax equity and/or IRA credit experience. Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Bar in New York, District of Columbia, or Texas, active and in good standing.
