Description
Our client is seeking candidates with 3-6+ years of significant transactional experience in debt project finance and/or tax equity. This post is for two separate roles, one that includes experience for an associate from 3-5 years and the other is for an associate with 6+ years of experience.The ideal candidate's experience will include the preparation, review, and negotiation of credit agreements, inter-creditor arrangements, collateral documents, and other ancillary credit documents. Additionally, experience with tax equity transaction documents and conducting due diligence on key project agreements is highly valued. It is essential to have significant experience in reviewing and conducting due diligence on key project agreements such as joint venture agreements, feedstock, off take, EPC/EPCM, O&M services, transportation, commodity purchase and sale, and other project agreements.
