ENERGY TRANSITION PROJECTS ASSOCIATE (3395)

Description

Our client is seeking a midlevel energy and infrastructure associate to join their energy transition projects team in Houston. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a variety of infrastructure contracts, including offtake, supply, procurement, operating, and construction agreements within the energy transition sector, such as CCUS, hydrogen, and renewable fuels. Applicants with experience in these areas or related legal fields, and a strong interest in energy and infrastructure, are encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess stellar academic credentials and have experience from a major law firm, with preferred class years between 2019-2022.
