Description
Our client is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5 years' litigation experience to join their Environmental group for a multi-party complex litigation project. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional litigation writing skills, with environmental experience, particularly in CERCLA, being advantageous but not required. Responsibilities include managing discovery processes, conducting legal research, drafting briefs, and contributing to litigation strategy in close collaboration with senior partners and the litigation team. This role offers a reduced hours arrangement with a minimum requirement of 1000 billable hours per year, and remote work is an option depending on jurisdiction.
