Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level or senior associate with 4+ years of experience to join their ERISA and Executive Compensation practice in their Business Law Department. The ideal candidate should have experience working in teams and managing components of transactions independently. Specific experience representing public and private companies with respect to tax and securities law issues in connection with equity-based arrangements and other types of incentive compensation plans is required. Additional experience with ERISA, employee benefits, or general employment law matters is a plus. Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Relevant admission is preferred.
