Description
Our client, a premier law firm with elite teams in finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and special situations, litigation, employment and real estate, is seeking an ERISA Title I Associate with three to five years of experience to join their Investment Funds & Private Capital practice group in their New York Office. The ideal candidate must have specific and meaningful experience in Title I of ERISA, including ERISA’s fiduciary responsibility rules, prohibited transaction restrictions, “plan asset” rules such as the 25% test and the VCOC/REOC rules, and representation of fund sponsors, investment managers, investors and/or other industry participants in all aspects of the application of Title I of ERISA to investment products and activities.
