Our client, a reputable Am Law 100 law firm with offices in major cities across the country, is currently seeking an experienced Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits associate. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience, preferably in a broad-based law firm setting, with a strong focus on executive compensation and employee benefits issues. This experience should include involvement in a range of transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, carve-out transactions, initial public offerings, and spin-offs. Applicants should have a strong academic background and be prepared to join a collaborative, national practice group.
