Description
Our client, a global life sciences practice with one of the largest footprints in the U.S, is seeking an attorney with 5-10 years of experience in FDA regulation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in counseling companies with FDA-regulated products, reviewing contracts, and supporting corporate deals involving such regulated companies. This includes risk assessment and regulatory compliance counseling with respect to various laws and statutes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide FDA regulatory counseling to cutting-edge technology companies and support corporate and contracting teams in various complex transactions. The client works with a broad range of companies, including those in medical devices, drugs, biologics, diagnostics, digital health, research tools, cosmetics, dietary supplements, wellness products, and other consumer products. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, and exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills. The role can be based in Seattle, Washington DC, Boston, San Francisco, Palo Alto, or San Diego, with other locations considered for exceptional candidates.
