Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Finance and Financial Restructuring team. The ideal candidate will have experience advising institutional investors and/or lenders in debt finance and out of court debt restructuring matters. The role involves providing advice to a broad range of clients, including institutional investors, private placement noteholder groups, and bank groups, in amendment, consent, waiver, and debt restructuring matters. The position offers the opportunity to practice in multiple jurisdictions, including the US and Australia, and on cross-border matters. Candidates should have relevant law firm experience, skills in a broad range of debt finance and restructuring matters, experience drafting various agreements, excellent client communication, writing, advocacy, and analytical skills, strong academic records, and a detail-oriented approach.
